Our Purpose

Our mission in Credo is to become such communities of God's people within UTS that everyone is confronted with the magnificent truth of Jesus Christ.

Our vision is that, as the Holy Spirit enables us in our life and mission together, each of us intentionally seeks to gather the lost to Christ, to grow in maturity in Christ, and to give ourselves in service of Christ, to the glory of God the Father.

Our goal is 600 members in Small Groups by 2016

Gather
As followers of Christ, we have experienced the life-changing gift of Grace from God through his son, Jesus Christ. We have experienced, in many different ways, God's love for us, and renewal by the Holy Spirit. We know what its like to experience life knowing that we are saved!

As Christ's disciples, we are called, out of love for Him, to tell others about His great love and the gift of salvation.

Credo facilitates missions, evangelism training and special events to assist us in carrying out God's purpose for us - to "Gather students to Christ."

Grow
Growing and maturing in Christ through meeting with other Christians and encouraging one another, allows us to become united in our Faith.

Credo, through prayer meetings, small groups and Public Meetings, creates opportunities to learn and grow, as followers of Christ, with other Christians.

Give
Giving is a natural outcome of Christian growth. Out of a love for Jesus Christ and through an understanding of the price He paid for our salvation, we want to serve him.

God has given his followers gifts, which can be used to encourage growth in the Body of Christ (his people collectively).
